All orders being shipped out will be shipped using our preferred shipping carrier. If you need your item(s) quicker please contact us so we can arrange a faster shipping method for you. All items will be carefully packed and shipped within 2 days of purchase. Bright Pine Creations will notify you via email with your tracking information once your item(s) have shipped. Multiple purchases placed within 24 hours of each other will be combined, if possible. Any additional overage shipping costs will be refunded back to you within 3-5 business days. This refund will ONLY be available for multiple purchases placed within a 24 hour period of each other. Please allow standard shipping times for all items to be delivered to your area. Returns
Bright Pine Creations gladly accepts returns on any products that are undamaged. We do not accept returns on custom made items. Buyer(s) are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non refundable. If the product/products are not returned in their original condition, a refund will not be submitted. For refunds to be accepted you must contact us within 3 days of product delivery. You will have 3 days to send product/products back to us. Once we review the return and is approved, we will issue a refund back to the original card payment within 48 hours of refund approval. Please allow up to 5 days for funds to show in your account as each bank has different days for processing refunds.
